Changed start-schedules

Day 1: first start blackforest3days: 15:30, (16:00 until now)

Day 2: first start blackforest3days: 12:30, (13:00 until now)

Day 3: first start blackforest3days: 10:30, (11:00 until now)

No daily races

According to the closed entries, there will be no daily open courses for all three days. Please take this serious, there will be no daily races!
